About Me

We are a couple, Nich and Hannah. I'm usually a little on the quiet side while Hannah is a better people person. We are both opinionated persons on the little matters we are familiar with; on others we keep an open ear and mind. (There's a limit on what you can say; but there's no limit on what you can learn)

We have our bouts of electrified frenzy (see anything do everything) but on other days we're just chilling on the couch - the luxury of feeling lazy :). We prefer to organize everything prior to the event but we also enjoy days of spontaneity.

We love the little adventurous trips we've made so far (camping, biking, trekking). We're more inclined to naturalistic, cultural or historic visits. Being in the architecture and engineering field, we are also keen on buildings and structures.

We both enjoy having coffee. Hannah loves pastries :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Different places with very different culture cant be experienced when a third of your time is spent within the lonely 4 walls of a hotel room.

Couchsurfing is cheaper (extended stay = opportunity for in-depth experience!) and allows us to really get in touch with like-minded adventure spirited locals.

Music, Movies, and Books

To me, a good book (or movie) is profound. The value of the book is in the message or the overarching question posed. The story or plot is a path leading you around and ultimately to the message/question.

But when the question is absorbed and mulled over, when the realization is there - it's time to move on. There's always the hunt for the next question, the next revelation. New wonders are new favourites.

Time and time again when wisdom is gained and maturity has grown. Past questions are revisited in new context. For a brief moment, old books becomes new wonders.

TLDR: Cant remember book titles haha.
