Overview
About Me
I am currently an Undergraduate student attending Lee University, a medium-sized, Christian university in Tennessee. At Lee, I study Mathematics and the Humanities (with an emphasis in Philosophy) and am also earning a minor in Latin. After graduating, I plan to attend graduate school to earn my Doctorate in Philosophy in order to teach at university myself one day.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I enjoy many different styles and genres of music, but, currently, my favorites include Classical (in particular, film scores from composers such as John Williams) and New Age (in particular, Enya and other Celtic-esque music).
Movies: I enjoy films with complex plots such as "The Usual Suspects," but, even more important than that, I enjoy films which attempt, successfully, to get at some philosophical concept such as (I would say) "American Beauty." Or it could just be that both of these films have Kevin Spacey in them!
Books: I mostly read philosophical texts, particularly the greats from history such as Plato, Aristotle, Aquinas, Descartes, Kant, etc., but I also enjoy reading Latin and Renaissance Italian poets such as Ovid and Dante.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of my Mathematics papers is (almost certainly) forthcoming in a scholarly Mathematics undergraduate journal.
