About Me
I'm currently a college student studying at the University of Central Florida with a dream of traveling the world. But more importantly, traveling while I'm young. I want to take on everything this world has to offer, and use my cultural and spiritual expriences while traveling to go through life, not after I've already lived most of it. I love sports and cooking and adventures, and in my opinion those are three easy and enjoyable ways to not only connect with people but also their cultures and backgrounds as well, but I'm honestly open to anything life offers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My senior year in highschool my perspective changed. We were part of a joint highschool program with a sailing school in Sweden where, for 2 months out of their senior year 44 students and 3 teachers sailed across the Atlantic Ocean and roamed the Gulf of Mexico stopping in certain places, and at the end of their journey they stayed with members of our highschool for 2 weeks. I hosted 2 Swedish guys and befriended the rest of them. They had seen so much, been so many places, had so much cultural awareness and they were the same age as me. 18 years old and these students had "lived" more than anyone in my family regardless of age. I then decided to start learning Swedish and start saving up money to fly anywhere I can whenever I can and will do so for as long as I can. Couchsurfing provides an amazing opportunity to live, meet new people, and enrich my perspective along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all types of music. I love listening to music in different languages and genres. As far as books go I like reading fiction and non fiction equally. I simply love absorbing knowledge and learning everything that I can. All of our senses and everything in our reality is designed to take in information and process it, I'm just trying to put it to good use.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to Puerto Rico to visit my family and worked on the family farm for a week, and one day I decided to venture down the river that was the water source for the farm. About a mile upstream and a Hundred meters inland from the river banks I found an old bamboo forest with bamboo soaring at least a 30 meters high, and stalks over 15 cm thick. They had grown so high they started to lean and fall interlocking with each other, essentially creating a tunnel of bamboo. It was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a business major in my studies right now, but I like to be very diverse in my knowledge and the classes that I take. I even take my friends textbooks for classes I'm not taking so I can learn what they're learning. My goal is to be a as well rounded as possible and again, take in everything this life has to offer.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A friendly good time, good humor, and interesting conversations and stories, even if there is a language barrier. I can cook for you, I can share my experiences and knowledge, and I would love to listen to stories and knowledge hosts may share with me.
