About Me

Bartender. Dog lover. Student. Aspiring screenwriter. Open-minded. Conversationalist. About to visit Iceland, London, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Split, Italy, Greece, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As someone who aspires to be a screenwriter, I believe it is important to learn a lot about the world at large. I also love talking and sharing experiences with new people. I already do that at home in NYC, but really want to start doing so abroad (which makes Couchsurfing perfect for me). About to go on an around the world trip starting in June and ending in August. I heard about the app through a friend and couldn’t believe such a great program existed. My current living situation bars me from being a host, but once I finish my travels, I plan on moving to a different place close to NYC that will allow me to host other travelers. I need to be able to pay it forward for other travelers as well!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bartending knowledge, Korean culture, American culture, life in NYC

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am new, but I’m using the points mentioned in this article, http://francistapon.com/Travels/Advice/How-to-be-a-Good-Couchsurfing-Guest-and-Host , as a guide on how to conduct myself as your guest.

I’m an amateur masseuse. I’ve been massaging the elders in my Korean family since I was about 7. So, I’ve picked up a few moves.

I’ve been bartending for two years in NY. If you have your personal bar, I can make you drinks. I can share my experience in the American military, Korean culture, life in NYC, life in California. I can also guarantee a drink on me at either of the two bars I work at if you visit NYC.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, China, Mexico, South Korea

Countries I’ve Lived In
