I am a 3rd generation Realtor, who only works to pay bills and travel. I love discovering new places, meeting new people, and exploring new cultures. I'm willing to try almost anything once, and live to push my own comfort boundaries. I feel that I am a pretty diverse person. I can go out clubbing until 4 am, or sit at home by my fireplace with my dog and read a good book. Both are equally appealing to me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ideally, I'm on couch surfing to meet fun new people, and to explore destinations from the eyes of a resident, instead of a tourist. I have found that I prefer spending my time doing what a local might, and avoiding the tourist traps as much as possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have an appreciation of music from Classical to Hip Hop. I tend to stray away from rap, but I don't discount it as an inferior genre.

I don't consume a lot of media, and therefore don't see many movies, but I love period pieces, action and mystery/suspense.

My nose is always in a book, often times more than one. Typically I'm reading a book about being a better person, getting to the next level in business, or fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have learned to appreciate life. That may sound glib, but I really feel in the last few years that I have come into my own, and that I'm in a very healthy place, where I live each and everyday to the fullest.

I can talk about a breadth of topics, and I love to debate, or compare opinions. Even if our opinions differ, I never try to sway someone's opinion, I just enjoy talking about different views.
