About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Discover. Adventure. Travel. Theatre. Music. Art. Food. Drink. Friends. World citizenry.
ABOUT ME
Silly, thoughtful, creative, respectful, curious and kind person.
I'm a passionate, driven and committed theatre and film writer, director and producer.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything that happens to us is a part of our story. When we realize that we can create our own story, we've got true freedom. Happiness, inspiration, motivation... these are all choices we make.
I love plays, poetry, music, conversation, learning and love.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can't host right now, but I can meet up and provide cool ideas for a Los Angeles experience.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with someone in Berkeley last year and had an amazing experience but I wasn't very savvy with Couch Surfing and I didn't really follow up to update my profile.
Interests
I write plays, poetry, screenplays, stories and I love to read. I make music, produce a free outdoor movie theatre (Silver Lake Picture Show), and I am an Ensemble artist and Managing Director of a theatre company in Los Angeles (Rogue Artists Ensemble). I also do Room Service at a Starwood Hotel.
I'm looking for honest, artistic, inspiring and wild experiences (as opposed to touristy) and am hoping to connect with many local and transient people of many varieties.
I am looking for opportunities to meet kind, generous, and thoughtful people and to save some money with a few days away from a hostel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I started a free outdoor movie theatre in Los Angeles that plays popular feature films through the summer and introduces the feature films with short films by local film makers. The filmmakers gets to introduce themselves and tell us where we can find more of their work and then introduce their short.
We started as a rag tag group just barely making it by. And we just finished our second season averaging over 500 people and a whole lot of good times.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have passionately studied mythologies from around the world, story and character development, theatre management, and community event planning.
I want to learn anything but especially pertaining to theatre, music, art, history, local mythology and lore, cooking, languages. You name it!
