About Me
As I'm fully vaccinated since July and hope to finally kick this pandemic in the behind I might just host again!
My profile picture may look super serious, but really I'm not!
I'm a multi-fun-loving person, with too many hobbies. I love tango, photography, music/karaoke, meeting people, travelling, pubquiz, eating, especially cheese and beef, cooking, drinking, going out, watching movies and TV-shows, wasting time pointlessly in front of the computer... And I have a job.
I live in a shared apartment at my progressed age, so I'm reasonably potty trained and can usually accept people's weirdness. I'm open minded and tolerant towards a lot of different opinions, attitudes, plaisires, eccentricities, except towards rightwing assholes and bigots. But why would someone like this be on CS?
I think of myself as pretty cosmopolitan - I look for common ground rather than difference, and will try to feel at home anywhere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've hosted before on another account I had with an ex, which has been a rewarding experience. I've surfed before, which has been equally rewarding.
What I'm looking for is making real human contact when visiting a place, and giving that back to people when they visit me. I DON'T just want to provide or get a free bed/place to crash for the night. Yes this requires some time and effort, which also means I'm not always likely to host, when I'm busy, nor do I expect to be hosted, when the host has no time to share.
Music, Movies, and Books
Anything that's good.
I stopped reading books... used to read a lot when I was younger.
I watch too many TV-Shows ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm easy-going and want to meet people and share a slice of life experience with them.
Countries I’ve Lived In
Austria, Germany, Hungary, Singapore
