My name is Nicholas "Nick" Vera. I am a 24 year old resident of New York. I recently worked in sales and marketing for a travel company in Barcelona, Spain. I am currently backpacking until mid-April.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently started my first backpacking trip through Europe. A 2 week journey through different cities with different cultures, customs and languages, the experience has solidified my love for travel and learning about different places through others' storytelling.

It has taught me that in travel (as well as in many aspects of life) we have 2 ears, 2 eyes- and one mouth- you learn more when you look around and listen.

I am on couchsurfing to continue learning, sharing and meeting with others.
