ABOUT ME

1) I'm a communications undergraduate student in Singapore. I love meeting new people and traveling.

2) I spend most of my time listening to music, going to gigs, buying music, making music, taking photographs.

3) I love getting to know people from different cultures and it makes me happy to be able to photograph them.

I like to think I'm low maintenance and generally fine hanging out by myself. I am open minded and I love doing new things (surprise me!). I am a very inquisitive person - understanding is key.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I think every member on Couchsurfing has similar sentiments - The opportunity to live with a local and discover their cultural values/norms in an intimate setting is priceless. You can't pay for this type of experience. I also love Couchsurfing because you never know what to expect from people that you meet, it's always interesting and exciting. =)

Interesses

My main interest would be music, I listen to vinyl records so if you know a good record store, please suggest it to me! Other related interests - thrift stores and anything vintage. Other that that, I like to immerse myself in nature or the city. I'm always up for a good trek in the morning or a few glasses of wine (I am not posh, I can't drink beer!) at a bar.

I don't enjoy what people would consider luxury, I spend all my money on low-budget traveling, music and food.

Another thing I like to do is take photographs, I don't have a website yet because I'm shy to show my work to people, but generally, I take portraits and nature.

When I was trekking in Nepal, I visited many mountainous villages. It saddened me that they did not have the technology to take pictures so freely as I did in my country. The smiles on their faces when I gave them polaroid pictures of themselves was priceless.

I can practice Basic Chinese with you, teach you how to play the guitar or if you're interested, teach you how to use a film camera - I always have one with me =)
