My mission is to travel to as many new places as often as possible and to not miss out on any opportunities that lie before me!

ABOUT ME

My name is Nichole and I am from Illinois. I studied English Studies at Illinois State University, and I graduated in 2011. I have been travelling throughout the states for the past couple of years, but would eventually like to venture across seas and see some more of the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life for me and nobody else. I am not fulfilled unless I feel like I am doing everything I am capable of to help others better themselves, which in turn is betters me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have not actually utilized Couchsurfing.org yet. I have a couple of friends who host and they always meet so many great people. I would love to host people who are passing through the Kansas City area.

Interests

I love music, books, art, comedy, and generally anything artistic. I love to meet and learn about new people. My favorite pastime is sitting around with a group of people talking and laughing all night long.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my comfort zone of Illinois to travel alone to Pennsylvania to work with a bunch of strangers at a summer camp for 5 months. This was also the first time I had ever flown on a plane. It was the best thing I could have done for myself and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with so many caring, adventurous, inspiring individuals.
