Recent transplant to Armenia, Colombia (the heart of the coffee growing region!) from Seattle, Washington. I want to get to know this country as much as possible before I leave in December. Come December 15 I plan on traveling around Colombia with my best friend and hopefully make our way down to Bolivia

Moving to Colombia has been pretty amazing. I was reminded today of a damn good cheesecake I made for Christmas as well.
