ABOUT ME
I was born in a small town right in the middle of Germany. After I finished school, I went to Halle (near Leipzig) to study English philology. I live in a flat with my boyfriend Norman. We love having guests and cooking for them. I also like learning (and teaching) languages, reading, movies, the Simpsons, music (especially my ukulele though I'm not any good at playing it), Badminton, swimming, and being outdoors. I spent one semester in Oulu, Finland, and it was one of the best experiences I've had so far.
I'm not that much of a party person (it's not that I don't like it, but I don't have to party 24/7...), but nevertheless I'm a funny and easy-going girl who likes to laugh a lot. I like to meet new people and to get a "first-hand" insight into other cultures. But I also like answering questions about my own culture and language.
PHILOSOPHY
Why simple if there's a way to make it complicated ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My couch is your couch ;-)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Me and three friends stayed in Helsinki with an amazingly friendly guy, who hosted us for four days although we occupied about 50% of his flat. I really could not have had a better first CS Experience and I want to host people as friendly as he did as soon as I can!
