CURRENT MISSION

To get back into the wandering mindset after a couple of years being settled with study/work. So now I'm keen as to check out some new scenery, sample some more fine ale and meet as many funny/crazy/intelligent people as I can!

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty easy going and open minded. Happy to go out and explore and try new things but quite content to hang out at a bar or someone's house for a night in. I work in a supermarket chopping watermelons and play a bunch of music on the side. I'm fairly quiet at first but I can talk an ear off if you pick the right topic or get enough drinks in me haha. Which will happen most likely, so beware haha!

PHILOSOPHY

Life can get you down and be full of heartache and pain but it's also completely hilarious.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted with my mates in our old house. I've been unable to host lately because of lack of time and strange work hours :(
I surfed for 7 weeks in Europe and went to Japan for a month.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had alot of amazing people come through our crazy house..they probably left a little bit crazier than before :)

Films/Tv: British Comedy mainly of the dark kind. Black Books, Peep Show, IT Crowd. A bit of Walking dead and Game of thrones is good too. Simpsons!

Books: The Newspaper or something good for a laugh. Doug Adams, Kinky Friedman..fumbling through Neil Gaiman at the moment

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Got on the bus from Trieste to Ljubljana with no plans and instantly met people who greeted me like an old friend, showed me to a good hostel and took me out to a great place to drink and talk all night. Definitely restores the faith in the human spirit!
