I'm a young guy volunteering in Warsaw, Poland at the moment teaching English. I'm from New Zealand and when I get home I'll be looking at opening my home to any couch surfers on their way through Wellington! I've done a fair amount of travelling in my time overseas and I'm super keen to do some more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm running dangerously close to being broke because I'm a poor student so I've been looking at some alternatives to hostels, but I also love meeting new people and I've made a ton of friends overseas and I'm looking at making some more!

Music, Movies, and Books

Love me some Sticky Fingers and a lot of other music out of Australia and also some local New Zealand stuff like Fat Freddy's Drop.

I've also been reading a lot recently with my spare time over here and could read the heck out of some Terry Pratchett, I'm reading the long earth series at the moment and just wishing it was longer

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not amazing but it was good fun, I played for New Zealand at the World Junior Ultimate Champs this year (Ultimate like Ultimate Frisbee) with a great team of guys and we came 13th!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want a couple of lessons of English I'd be happy to give it a go, I'm helping in English classes in Warsaw and slowly learning how to teach on my own but I'm about as far from perfect as you can get but I'm getting therrre

If someone would teach me a thing or two about water colour painting and maybe some guitar that'd be really cool, those are the 2 things I've never been able to get myself to learn

What I Can Share with Hosts

A cheap bottle of wine and some bad jokes, I can always cook for you if you want to risk it and I have a story or two about my travels but nothing too crazy
