Hello beautiful humans!

I love music, play a variety of instruments, do a lot of meditation and yoga, and really just enjoy kickin' it, bare feet on the earth, sunshine on my skin.

I'm vegetarian, moving towards fruitarian on my way to breatharian, but for now I love to cook and be creative with vegetarian food. Also love tea, mostly herbal, though occasionally I'll have some white, green, or oolong if the time is right.

I'm always happy to teach meditation techniques/tips/tricks, as well as tidbits of hatha yoga (though I'm not certified).

I'm also relatively adept at Pranic Healing, an alternative energy healing modality that can help anything from a nosebleed to a broken bone to stress and anxiety.

Very good listener, good at holding a space of love, openness, and compassion for the expansion and release of negative emotional baggage.

I also love exploratory vegetarian cooking, especially from different cultural angles . I would love to co-create a dish with you, or just teach you how to make one of my favorites!
