Overview
About Me
I'm a programmer currently traveling in Japan. I'm a 22 year old guy with a lot of thoughts and a lot of interest to meet people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet real, honest people. Hostels are fun, but it can be shallow. Meeting real people and staying with them is a unique way to interact with locals and experience a culture. Not to mention it's cheap, too.
Interests
I have a lot of interests, so there's not really much I don't like! I could talk about anything if you have an opinion to share, but I know when not to say, too 😉.
Music, Movies, and Books
I recently am listening to a lot of vaporwave and future funk. My music tastes are varied, but I usually listen to some kind of electronic music.
I like reading, but I don't enough. I like sci-fi, particularly cyberpunk, I like Lovecraftian horror, and I like philosophy books, too. Seneca and Zizek are great.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have seen the giant Buddha in Kamakura, which is quite impressive.
Teach, Learn, Share
I taught swing dancing in college. I currently practice yoga, and I speak English and German. I can show you how to make a website or tell you why we should all have one timezone.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer conversation like no other. It doesn't matter what you want to talk about, I'm about it.
I'm a good entertainer in a crowd, and I enjoy drinking and having a good time with good company.
I also claim to be decent at cooking.
