Hello! I'm originally from a small town in Kansas, but I have been all over the world, mostly while I was enlisted in the Navy. I recently finished my Food Science Degree at Kansas State University and now work at a distillery and cook in Kansas City. I love meeting new people from different upbringings and cultures, whether from the US or not since we all have a story to tell.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently realized that getting hotel rooms are a waste of a trip, in that it's a lot of time I'm the room your secluded. Getting couch surfers or a single room/shared on Bnb is a great way For me ,or anyone else, to get to know the actual people from the city. I've also actually learned something about that persons city, and usually have a better idea of where to go and what to visit. In Portland till Sunday to visit friends and promote and market our distillery.

Interests

I like playing disc golf, making beer and wine, going to concerts, all things food related, and sightseeing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was in the Navy for five years, straight out of high school. Brewed beer and wine in France over the previous summer.
