ABOUT ME

I am Very easy going fella. I have a positive attitude in life to and love making new friends.

I recently travelled South America solo for 9 months and absolutely loved it. The people, the landscapes, the food, the music and the culture!!

So far on my trip I did things that put me out of my confort zone including surfing, travelling solo, learning a new language in spanish, learning salsa dancing and joining Couchsurfing. I think that this has produced some of the best experiences in my life and I am so glad I have done it!!!

I was introduced to couchsurfing by someone I was travelling with in South America. i met some amazing people who hosted me and hung out with me. These people are my friends who I am so grateful for having met.

PHILOSOPHY

Live outside your comfort zone! This is a new philosophy for me and my life is now so much more fun!

Also if something doesnt go your way, Dont get bitter, get better!

Always say 'YES' never turn down an opportunity! unless of course someone tells you to jump of the Harbour Bridge hahaha

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new people and learning about their culture and city. I am keen to get involved and help out in anyway. I love to cook and love to help people with english and any kind of technical issues they may have (website, social media etc. I love meeting people that I can host in Sydney whenever they come

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined couch surfing during my trip to south america (which i am still on). So far it has been awesome!

I stayed with Mariciela and her family in Lima Peru for a few days and hung out with Karen! their food was amazing and I even showed them one of my Australian specialties for dinner one night.

I stayed with Adriana, Negra and Julio in Quito, Ecuador. These guys have an awesome place and love sharing it with couch surfers, i really enjoyed hanging out with them. We even went to Quilotoa for some treking for the weekend

In Cali Colombia, Eliecer showed me around his aweseome city and I was able to try all the local foods and see places I would not have been able to without his help. I Also hung out with Surfers from America and Canada
