Hello my name is Nick and I am an Australian who absolutely loves to travel, meet new people, absorb new culture and share amazing experiences. I am traveling Europe at the moment but looking to eventually apply for a working holiday visa in the Netherlands in the near future!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard many great things about Couchsurfing and I feel that the best way to meet local people, feel the culture, gain new knowledge and enjoy the lifestyle of a new place is to use this awesome network. Unfortunately I am not hosting anyone at the moment as I am traveling myself but hopefully I will be able to in the future!

Interests

I love travel and experiencing new places/people (obviously :P) as well as many other things including: Playing team sports (mainly Football), Swimming, Running, Hiking, Computers, Watching movies and Listening to music :)

I have done many amazing things from my travels, I will put them in order of memory:
- Elephant/Horse riding in Thailand
- Scuba diving in Thailand
- Snowboarding the Rocky Mountains in Canada
- Drinking pints of ale in rainy London, England
- Visiting the Main Square in Krakow, Poland
- Clubbing in Prague, Czech Republic
- Eating bratwurst and watching the fussball in Germany
- Rowing through the canals in Amsterdam, Netherlands
- Cycling through autumn parks in Stockholm, Sweden
- Sun baking on the beach in Barcelona, Spain
- Swimming off the islands of Croatia
- Hiking in the mountains of Montenegro
- Visiting the mosques of Istanbul, Turkey
- Walking through the old town of Zürich, Switzerland
- Kayaking down the Ahre river in Bern, Switzerland

So many unbelievable memories and so much to be grateful for; enjoyed every moment :D
