I'm a 3rd year, studying Neurobiology at University of California, Berkeley. I've been a social butterfly my whole life and loved adventuring outside my comfort zone and meeting new people. Experiences, friends, and family are what I cherish most and i hope to continue that philosophy for the rest of my life. I've always wanted to travel abroad when I have time but I never found a good opportunity. However, i'm studying abroad in England this summer so I think this is the best time to travel around Europe, see new things, and meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a fun and interesting way to getting to know the culture and people in the country I'm visiting. It's a great idea to have a site dedicated to meeting new people and cultures in a safe and responsible manner.

Interests

I love sports, specifically basketball and american football. I've played basketball since I was around 6 and never stopped. I can talk for hours about the Warriors and the Heat and I'm always ready to play pickup games.

Music is my other passion, since I've been taught classical, jazz, and contemporary pieces for piano since I was 8. I've been in band, jazz band, piano duos and quartets, and I've been trying to minor in music at Berkeley. I love jamming out and playing with friends or strangers who are down to show their love for music as well.

I also love hiking and experiencing new places, since they're great conversation topics and it keeps your body healthy, moving around and seeing new sites. It's also a great opportunity to bond with friends and create new and lasting memories.
