I'm a big fan of the outdoors and end up spending most my time and money in pursuit of various adventures, especially those on a motorcycle or high in the mountains. Leave no trail unexplored!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing embodies the idea of "paying it forward" which seems to be hard to find elsewhere. A stranger's gift of a spot to sleep, good conversation, and a local's advice is a beautiful concept. I hope to pay it forward and host when I can in the future.

Interests

Hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, motocross, diving, trail riding, sports bikes, camping, travel. Pretty much exploring all the world has to offer with an emphasis on the great outdoors.

That being said I enjoy exploring a new city every bit as much as jungle trekking. I love to find the local dives and the mom and pop restaurants which never make it into guide books or to the top of the Google search list.

Music, Movies, and Books

As far as music goes it's a bit of this and a bit of that. I grew up to the sounds of 70s, 80s and 90s rock, metal and alternative, but my tastes have grown to encompass most anything.
