I'm passionate about learning new skills, growing my perspectives, developing community, and participating in the creative process. Psychology, spirituality, and philosophy are what I'm often reading/thinking about. Mindfulness and self awareness are important practices to me and I do my best to maintain both. I enjoy writing and sharing music with others. I experience deep compassion and am very interested in hearing the stories of people's lives. I like being silly and am always up for a fun time!

I started an after school art and music program for inner city high schoolers.
I started and ran a DIY music and art venue in a used bookstore.

I'm very interested and open to expanding my world view. In my experience this is something that continues to happen as I stay open to hearing the opinions/ perspectives of others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've read a lot about theory and psychology and am always interested in discussing ideas. I write and play original songs and enjoy sharing them with others.
