I'm passionate about learning new skills, growing my perspectives, developing community, and participating in the creative process. Psychology, spirituality, and philosophy are what I'm often reading/thinking about. Mindfulness and self awareness are important practices to me and I do my best to maintain both. I enjoy writing and sharing music with others. I experience deep compassion and am very interested in hearing the stories of people's lives. I like being silly and am always up for a fun time!
