What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer guests a pristine green leather couch with amazingly adequate bedding, in a house of many student/football players. My hostmanship will go beyond satisfactory levels, not only will I inform you of the best local spots in Toronto, I will assure you at least a 45% chance of me personally showing you around. On top of full kitchen access with at least 6/10 cleanliness, I can promise you my large football playing roommates will provide vast amounts of irregular comedy.
