I’m your typical artist who can’t stop traveling and creating. Traveling has played a big role in my life. As a photographer and journalist, getting to see different places and experience them has shaped who I am as a person. I am fascinated with open landscapes and love exploring every chance I get. I love meeting other people and learning about their culture, and because I mostly travel alone, I love to couchsurf to gain knowledge and share experiences with others. Lots of stories I could share.

I usually never decline the chance to try something new, as I believe that these experiences are what shape us as humans.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Community is a necessity. Couchsurfing brings people together, forming a community of like-minded individuals sharing in new experiences and I want to be a part of that. I love sharing stories and meeting other solo travelers. I believe it's more than just a couch, but a way to meet people I would have never met otherwise.

Interests

I have a lot of interests.

Photography is a big one. I also love trying new experiences... Open to anything that gives me a new vision of life or myself.

I also love a good cup of coffee, a good beer, and a good high.

I'd rather share more in person - I'm an open book and don’t enjoy technology much. Analog is the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Participated / lived in a couple of art residencies in small, coastal towns in secluded parts of Iceland for a month each time. I have loads to say about it - just ask!

Recently made the biggest decision of my life to move from Indiana to Oregon almost 4 years ago!
