About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Interviewing at different universities for PHD programs in Anthropology. Binge reading as much as I can on indigenous social movements in Latin America, development, and urban youth culture.

ABOUT ME

Work in Madrid, Spain, as a Public high school english teacher by day, attending cinema club, union meetings, or art gallery events at night.

I am a fun, spontaneous, adventurous student with a laugh that causes a fluctuation on the richter scale.

PHILOSOPHY

I honestly am not conceited or self-assured enough to fully articulate or even craft a life philosophy, so here's some psuedo-inspirational quotes:

"question everything-Banksy"-said me
" better dead then red; I never say"- said me
" Jenga"- I say when things fall apart.

" I honestly am not conceited or self-assured enough to fully articulate or even craft a life philosophy, so here's some psuedo-inspirational quotes:" -said me

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Picked a bunch of fruit from the gardens of El Alhambra; made amazing marmalade.

Teach, Learn, Share

there are so many things I want to learn, I haven't even learned what they are yet.

As for teaching, I am a history/ anthropology student, so I can teach you a thing or two about world history and engage in intelligent conversation on a wide variety of subjects.

I can also cook.the.house.down., and in exchange for a recipe of your host country I can teach you how to make the most amazing mexican, greek, or Californian food you've ever had, or pass on some family recipes for apple or pumpkin pie that my grandmother spent 40 years perfecting.

I'm also fluent in Spanish and would love to teach/ practice with a host.

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Bahamas, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, England, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands Antilles, Peru, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State
