About Me

Hi I'm Nick and I'm addicted to Dopamine.

I'm young at heart and always will be. Of course, there are times when everyone needs to get serious (funerals, zombie apocalypses, stomach viruses) but life is always more fun through the eyes of youth and ambition.

Currently working full-time (40-45 hours a week) and going to graduate school full-time. My goal is to become a licensed professional mental health counselor (LPC) within the next two years...Busy busy!

Travel is my #1 obsession.

I love live music/performing arts...Concerts, clubs, plays, operas, music festivals, local shows, raves, etc. I've easily been to over 200 and not planning on slowing down anytime soon =]. I live for that feeling of being surrounded by thousands of other like-minded people dancing and swaying to and fro to the sound of music. Music is a powerful healer and brings us all together.

Also, I am quite passionate about animals. At the moment I own a solid black dwarf bunny named Achilles. He is the best (:

I used the word I too much in this summary.

I really miss Germany and all the beautiful people I met throughout Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hosted 4 people when I was living in Berlin (2 through couchsurfing & 2 through mutual friends) and I had a wonderful experience everytime. Whilst living in Berlin, I attended several couchsurf meetups and met many incredible, open-minded world travelers who shared fascinating stories and many laughs. I decided to finally start a new account as I lost access to my old one. I plan to travel throughout Germany with my best friend in dem Sommer and was hoping to taking advantage of meeting new people throughout the world instead of just staying in a hotel/hostel.
