About Me
CURRENT MISSION
1. figure out what it means to live well. 2. live well. (not necessarily in that order)
ABOUT ME
I'm a graduate student at Duke living in Durham, NC. I have an objectively fantastic 8 year old dog named Rooney. I like a good beach and a good cliff. I like a good read and a good watch. I don't wear a watch. I like to try things. i don't smoke cigarettes and don't care if you do. i have one tattoo. i occasionally use an oxford comma and occasionally don't. i have faith that when i pack, i pack everything i need.
I normally wear my curly hair long.
I have a ruddy complexion, broad
shoulders and am barrel-chested,
am unusually strong.
I frequently wear a full beard
and sometimes glasses.
I am a college graduate,
a talented artist, and sculptor.
Now, Maps is a soft-spoken loner,
who resents society and all organizations.
Maps fancies himself a ladies' man.
He is an avid chess player,
smokes cigarettes, and a pipe.
He is a beer drinker and loves to eat.
Maps is a man of widespread interests,
who might very well be living abroad.
PHILOSOPHY
the little things, there's nothing bigger.
evolove is a palindrome.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed and hosted. The best part of couch surfing is the people. The people you stay with and the people you are introduced to. I could sleep on a rock for all I care. I also like to host, as I get to meet cool people this way, and sleep on a tempurpedic bed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sicily is incredible. why.
I scuba dived for the first time off the coast of Colombia after a five minute lesson completely in spanish. And I don't speak spanish.
I got chased by a herd of angry bulls into the Cam river between Cambridge and Ely in England. never turn your back on a bull.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy teaching people how to rock climb, slack line, play guitar and high five strangers. I like learning about pretty much anything. Especially something as simple as learning how you live your life and what motivates you.
