CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy our last few days in Seattle before seeing more of the world. We are currently trying to live as though we are retired, but at the age of 27.

ABOUT ME

We are both from Georgia though from different areas--we met at a friend's wedding and moved to Orlando, FL. We realized that it was too hard to have the money or time to travel, so we decided to move across the country to Boulder, CO, just to check it out. Stayed there for about a year, and then moved to Seattle, where we've been for two years and are ready to move on. Before we go, we've stored all of our belongs and are still working, but urban camping in order to save up the money to camp down California for a few months. This is working out alright, but we'd love to meet some cool people, maybe have a yard to pitch a tent and let our dog stretch. We don't necessarily need a "couch," but would love a place to hang out, drink beers, smoke, cook out, shower. We would love to leave Seattle having met someone worth knowing, worth staying in touch with. We aren't huge party animals and we both work early and for fairly long hours--we don't need a tour of the city--but we love to have a good time, just hanging out, shootin' the breeze, drawing, reading, having good conversation.

PHILOSOPHY

Every day matters--so have a good one. There might not be a chance to get any older, so see as much as you can and spend as much time together as possible.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are currently travelling, but have offered up our couch before (in houses in Orlando and Seattle) to friends in need or passing through. Once we are settled in California, we will gladly offer our couch to other surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our friend from Munich stayed on our couch in Seattle for about six months, off an on--we had a great time and met many other couch surfers through him while he was here. We couch surfed with him in Portland and it was a learning experience.

Music is way better, especially if it's live. Jerry Joseph and the Jackmormons are the best thing in music right now.

We have seen a lot of this country together and have seen some amazing things. Meeting each other has been the best thing and we hope to continue seeing/doing amazing things forever.
