I love to travel without structure and have used couchsurfing on multiple bicycle tours around Europe and Colombia. I've biked from Texas to Alaska, Germany to Turkey, France, Italy, etc. and also restored a sailboat and sailed around the Bahamas for a few months.

Outside of travel, my passion is music. These days I play mostly trombone: soul, funk, r&b, latin, rock, etc. I always enjoy a craft beer and eating pizza with a good group of friends. I keep it simple!

I work as an engineer on ships - containerships, tug boats, fishing, etc. This has taken me everywhere from Panama to China to Alaska, but I'm currently working a job on a local ferry.
