One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit my job and went to yoga teacher training in Mexico for a month without any plans, I open myself up to the universe to let it provide all that I need.

I teach a blend of hatha, yin, kundalini, and kriya yoga. I'm always open to learning more styles and meditation. My purpose is to teach the world how to love themselves.
