About Me

I am a District Service and Parts Manager for Toyota USA who is currently living in Portland, Oregon. I absolutely love to travel and experience new things. Whether it is a day trip to the Oregon coast, trips to Whistler or Shasta, or overseas adventures, I am constantly planning where and what I want to do next. In the Fall of 2013 I studied abroad in Brno, Czech Republic for 4 months with two of my best friends. It was the experience of a lifetime and really ignited my passion for travel and meeting new people and immersing myself in culture so different from my own. I can't seem to get enough of it. We had a three month unlimited Eurail pass and were able to travel to 10 different countries throughout Europe. I enjoyed it so much that I've been back to Europe twice with my girlfriend since then. I am a very outgoing, optimistic person who loves to have a good time and am very respectful to everyone I meet. I have never used couchsurfing before so I am excited to meet people from all over the world and experience something unique with people that share the same passion as me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to change things up and not only stay in hostels when I travel. I think couchsurfing will give me a chance to develop greater relationships with the people I meet and stay with and allow me to host fellow travelers in my home. This opportunity wouldn't be possible without this site. I have many friends from all over the world and I always love meeting new people so couchsurfing is perfect for me.
