I am a 25-year-old, Master's student in Gothenburg, currently working on my thesis. I love to make new friends, explore new countries, cook, watch movies, have long discussions, and drink lots and lots of beer and wine. When I am not too lazy and it is not too cold outside, I like running as well. (This combination is rather rare so it hardly ever happens;)) I have visited and/or lived in India, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Ghana, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, the US, Chile, Colombia and Brazil. I love writing and I want to make some experimental movies together with someone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been told that I am a great host, my friends love visiting. I also know that while Swedes are extremely polite and nice, they can be introverted and take a long time to get to know, having a host who has had some experience living in Sweden can be nice, I think. (18 months)

I am open to a variety of things! Music: Bjork, Moderat, Manu Chao, Kendrick Lamar, Hiatus Kaiyote, A R Rahman, H.E.R., Stromae are some of my most favorite artists. Movies: I love neo-noir in general, and love experimental, indie cinema.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteered at an education center in 2011, teaching kids computers and English, and it changed the direction of my life.
