my current mission is to be the best Nicki Smola I can be. As well as help people get out of their comfort zones by introducing them to new cultures and help facilitate unforgettable experiences.

Your thoughts, words and actions all have an affect on your future situation in life. Therefore I try my hardest to speak truthfully, to never make assumptions, to never take anything personally, to always do my best and to be thankful.
I live my life to experience as much a this world has to offer, to meet and learn from as many people as I can and to see as much of this awesome planet before I kick the bucket or we humans destroy it (I hope I die before we do)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i sort of couch surfed when i was in bolivia. I had met an amazing family while on a tour of the salt flats of bolivia. A few months after meeting them i traveled back through bolivia and visited them in their home town of Oruro. They were so kind and gave me the best local's tour the the city

I also couch surfed a few times in San Francisco

i thoroughly enjoy: incubus, frank sinatra, john butler trio, immortal technique, atmosphere, ali farka toure, the black keys, zaz, rodriguez, cage the elefant and the list could go on forever.
As for movies my favorite is: true romance. but i enjoy historical fiction flims the most. I am also a big fan of documentaries particularly ones that focus on society and culture.
I enjoy mystery novels. I really enjoys game of thrones. i really enjoy reading enthographies and other cultural anthropogical works.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

An amazing thing that I have done so far in life is accomplish my dream of backpacking around South America. I took 6 months to live and volunteer in the sacred valley of peru then travelled down to argentina via bolivia, visited with friends in rosario for a month(and got my tango skills back!). Then solo I travelled back up through argentina, bolivia, peru and colombia in 2.5 months, using buses, rides from kind and always interesting folks, slow boats and trains.

i suppose i have experiences of my travels to share with others, as well as a different point of view in which to look at life, society and culture. oh and i can teach someone the basics of piano, knitting, spanish and how to clean really well hahaha
as for learning I would love to learn how to:
ride a motorcycle, scuba dive, can foods, brew beer, hunt, sail a boat, debate, play the clarinet, speak portugese, french and italian, and finally and most importantly: how to live in the present.
