One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just trying to pick a few on top of my head;

Open my heart and realised our heart is the key for living a peacefu, joyful and grateful life.

1. diving in Indonesia while seeing a shark over 1m long, a minute later swing together with a huge sea turtle.
2. seeing stars so close to me like on my celling at base camp mountain Everest Tibet.
3. seeing kids were so happy and easy to satisfy in a remote village in Cambodia while teaching English as a volunteer
4. Travelled and settled in Australia, a pure state call Tasmania, share love and life learning with people at The O Retreat ( A health retreat I started in 2016)
