Originally from Australia, I now work as a professor of education at a university in Calgary, Canada. I am an ultramarathon runner, a mountain climber, vegan, and a writer. I love traveling the world, meeting new people, and exploring beautiful places.

I am always pretty busy with work and training, and I am often away traveling within Canada and US for conferences and races. But if I’m in town, I enjoy hosting couch-surfers.
