Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year I went on a roadtrip in California with my best friend. Via couchsurfing we came in touch with Nathalie, a girl living on her own down town San francisco. After some messages and exchanging numbers we both felt it was great to stay at her place in San Francisco.

It was an incredible experience; we were amazed by her openess and trustworthy to open her place to us and with some much energy and enthusiasm to show us San Francisco.

I definitely will go on couchsurfing myself and if my roommate will approves people are open to stay at my place!

Interests

I do a lot of sports, varying from playing hockey (competition 3/4 times a week), the gym, playing tennis, skiing, climbing and lots more.
Besides sports I love to go out; pubs, clubs and some dance festivals.
Sustainability is also an issue what's a new intruiging topic for me. This expresses itselves in my job as a CSR and supply chain manager of a fashion label.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen a lot and at the same time too less of the world;

The red sanddunes of Namibia, the biggest Mayan city in the jungle of Tikkal @ Guatemala, the Glaciares of Patagonia @ Argentina, the overwhelming jungle of Costa Rica, the southern cape @ South Africa, being blast away by the view from the vulcano summit in Panama @ 3500m, peaceful Bali and more.
