ABOUT ME

Currently studying towards a Master's degree in European Politics, I am a 25 year old Brit, currently (but not for much longer) based in Brussels. Having lived in Nantes, France for 2 years, where I taught English, and before that Germany for a few months, during the course of my undergraduate degree in Modern Languages, I am that rare breed of Brit who loves Europe. I will soon be embarking on the next leg of my European adventure, back to France, and this time Paris (cue excited 'oooo!').

Aside from European culture, history, politics and most importantly food, I am a big sports fan. Football is my game, although I also love to play tennis, and enjoy watching that strange game known as cricket from time to time.

I will be honest, I set this account up a few years ago with good intentions, but it has been dormant since. Basically, I love the concept of couchsurfing. Meeting new people, interacting with different cultures and discovering the world through friendships is what I'm all about, and couchsurfing is a great way to accomplish that. This time I am determined to put into practice my good intentions!

However, I am sad to report that I currently live in a 10m box, and thus am not in much of a position to host, but I hope to be able to add to the couchsurfing community by other means until I reside in a more guest-friendly lodging...

兴趣

Speaking foreign languages, going for a beer, football, summer time, beer on a terrace, politics, philosophy, beer, solving the world's problems over dinner, and all kinds of games. Oh, and a nice cold beer.
