ABOUT ME

I live in a small village in the Snowdonia mountain region, which is a popular place for tourists, mountain climbers and walkers. Although I'm a new Couchsurfing host I am used to receiving visitors and enjoy meeting people from different countries. In my spare time I organise and guide trips for international students at the local university. I have good knowledge of the local area since I grew up here and can show you some interesting places an ordinary tourist would probably not discover. If I offer to be your host I would want to also offer you a day trip out by car, public transport is not the ideal way to travel around here. North Wales has some beautiful mountain scenery and sandy beaches, historic castles and many other attractions. The best time to visit is March-October, the weather can be quite wet and cold in winter.
