Overview
About Me
Hey there, I'm Nick, a 24 year old guy from northern New Jersey. I currently live in Savannah, Georgia where I attend school at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) studying Creative Advertising, UX/UI, and Visual Design. I have a passion for traveling, meeting new people, cooking and baking, dancing badly, making sweet latte art, and sleeping. I dabble in Photography and music and I love good, well prepared food so damn much. Let's meet up, grab a beer, and chat! I'd really appreciate a couch to crash on or even a really thick carpet will do. Anything to make friends and save money!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to travel the world and make friends, plain and simple. Traveling can be expensive, especially for a college student who is paying his own way though school. I recognize how great it is to stay at someone's home on your travels and appreciate any help I can get, and I love to help others as well so I'll always pay it forward.
Interests
I used to help run a music venue in Montclair, NJ called "The Batcave" where bands like Pinegrove, Hodera, Foxing, Half Waif, and many many others played. I ride motorcycles when I can afford to have one that works and I pretty much love all kinds of motorized "toys". I love having people over and cooking for them, and I love it even more when it's a potluck. I love warm weather and hate cloudy days and rain, I like to bike around my city, and I love being in nature. I could say more, a lot more really, but I'd love to tell you about it in person or over Direct Message. Let's chat.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Book: "On The Road" - Jack Kerouac
Favorite Movie:I love all movies, but definitely like Wes Anderson and Woody Allen films
Favorite Music: Indie, Alternative Rock, Math Rock, Shoe Gaze, idk music has splintered into so many genres and I like so many of them.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've backpacked Europe for 2 months, skydived, driven across half of America with strangers, and camped in Yellowstone.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a sponge for all knowledge, especially philosophy and DIY projects. I can teach people all about graphic design and user experience design. We can have long talks about food and the experience involved in going to and working at a restaurant. I can teach you how to make beautiful latte art, ride a bike with no hands, ride a motorcycle, and how to fail at talking to women.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can give great high-fives. The best even. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. I can help you with cleaning, branding yourself, make you better at making coffee, fan you with a giant leave (host must provide leaf) and will just be a good friend. Also, I can cook many meals, can play guitar (slightly) and ukulele, mix drinks, help out around the house, tell stories, and just have a good time and be very hospitable. I'm here to enjoy my travels and I want to make sure everyone else has a good time too.
