ABOUT ME

I've been in Istanbul for almost four years now. My Turkish has been coming pretty slowly but I feel like I'm now somewhat fluent. I really enjoy it here, and can see myself spending a long time here.

I like to keep busy and try not to spend too much time at home. Meeting with friends is always good, love to party and have a good time.

I joined the gym and an ice hockey team recently, and that has kept me busy and feeling good.

I love reading. I read a new book every month, which is pretty good for me.

I honestly like music and movies, but I really can't tell you what's new in the last eight years. I pride myself in not owning a computer, and I think this is the cause for my lack of interest. Live music is the best. I do love American country music, which is hard to come by outside of North America.
