ABOUT ME

I'm a student at Oregon State University. Currently I'm majoring in international Business, although I really don't know yet what I want to do.
My family is very important of my life. I have a younger brother, who's going to University this coming year. When I'm away from my family my friends become my second family.
My favorite thing to do is travel. I was an exchange student in Germany for 7 months, and the year afterwards I backpacked through Europe through 12 different countries.

I love people, and am interested in Philosophy and psychology. I'm majoring in Business with a emphasis on marketing because I want a job when I graduate. My career goal is to work for a corporation that manufactures surgery equipment based in San Fransisco.
I also love music and listen to just about everything. Going on random adventures with friends is also something I enjoy.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life, because I'm so curious as to what is going to happen next...

I have three states of existence planning my next trip, working towards my next trip, and traveling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well as of now I live in a relatively small college town, but some day I plan to move to a city. Then I'll gladly take couch surfers!
Currently I'm using the couch surfing site to meet/network with people. I may do a bit of couch surfing over the summer a few days here and there, but we'll see.

Interests

I'm interested in all kinds of things. A few things I've been involved in are Cross-country, track and field, Teakwondo, whitewater rafting, welding, debate team, American Marketing association, Volunteering, teaching people from Saudi Arabia English.
At my University I try to stay very involved. I'm the co-president of the Oregon State University Racquetball team. I'm also involved in OSU student government.
I help tutor people that come to the University from Saudi Arabia with their English skills.
I was the news director at the student run radio station on campus for 2 years, and I have a talk show with a friend of mine on the radio.
I LOVE music. Although I don't play any instruments, I do DJ some. I have about 5 one hour long mixs that I play at the radio station.
I really like traveling too. Ever since I was an exchange student to Germany I've had a huge urge to travel. A goal of mine is to travel abroad at least once a year.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music with a passion. pretty much everything that's good...I like

For two years in college I had a radio show with a friend of mine. It was like a talk show where people could call in, but we also played music.
I've done some actual DJ'ing on several occasions, and played some of my mixes on the show.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This last year on new years day I jumped and swam underwater through a hole in the ice with my brother and uncle in Minnesota. The temperature outside was 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
It was kinda painful, but a good bonding experience, and it gave me a great story to tell.
