About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to shrink size of the earth in my mind one place at a time!

ABOUT ME

I have come back to Cincinnati after a long absence. I grew up here (7th grade forward) but left when I went away to college. 11 years later, I am back and thankfully have accumulated different experiences to hopefully share with other like minded people.

PHILOSOPHY

To be able to do the things I enjoy by doing the things I need to do. Sadly, it cannot be no work and all play, so having a sense of balance is important, but not so much so as to become rigid or inflexible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to get to know the Cincinnati CS community and anybody curious enough to visit the Queen city. Even though I am, in a sense, from Cincy, this is almost as if I am coming back to a new city after being away for so long and I thought the CS community would be a great start to meet new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not surfed or hosted yet, but look forward to when time permits!

Interests

Wow. Will be straightforward and simply list some interests as they pop into my head. We can talk about them later.

Well, everything but country!
I have been watching a lot of foreign films lately. Googled top foreign films of the decade and simply started.
Classics- Godfather, Dumb and Dumber!, Fight Club, you get the point.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Thankfully, I have had a few, but climbing Wynapicchu (the mountain next to Macchupicchu) at 5 in the morning, arriving hungry, thirsty, and exhausted, and sharing a doggy bag of (basically) slop with another climber comes to mind. Then, I just sat on top for a while until the euphoria wore off.

Teach, Learn, Share

Umm, same as above.
