Hi, I´m Anni!

My first couchsurfing experience was after graduation where I did an Interrail trip with two friends for one month and it was really great :)
I love new encounters, good stories, philosophising about life and sports. In my freetime I like to juggle and do acrobatics.

I study psychology (B.Sc.) at the RWTH in Aachen, situated in Germany at the western border towards Belgium and the Netherlands.

In my holidays I prefer to travel by train or by bike :)

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like to read and a lot. My favorite books are among others 1984 by George Orwell, Anne of Green Gables by Maude Montgomery, Homo Deus by Harari and all of Rick Riordan novels (e.g. the Percy Jackson series) which I really enjoy to read.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

On my most recent bike trip my bicycle was broken and someone offered to help me. We both couldn´t repair it so he took me and my bike to several bike shops until we found one that wasn´t full. After all, a very unfortunate incident lead to a wonderful defining encounter which was a wonderful experience and proves again: people and encounters are so much richer than a nice building :P

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I´m very interested in languages that´s why I learned Dutch through a language learning platform (communication exchange) which connects language learning enthusiasts. So I started to phone with native Dutch speakers who wanted to learn or practice German.
