Hi my Name is Nico and I am 23 years old.
After a 4 month stay in South America I joined a local Tour Operator for Latinamerica. Since that time I have been in several countries in south and central america, simply because I love the culture of these countries!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I usually stay in Hostels when I´m travelling, but sometimes you just need a break from that. Hostels are a good place to meet new people but sometimes they are also quite exhausting. So I thought Couchsurfing would be the best alternative. You can still meet new people and you also can learn about the region and habits from the local people. Sooo that´s why I am on Couchsurfing ;)

I do not really have a favourite music.
My absolute favourite movie is "The secret life of Walter Mitty". It´s about a guy who is frustraded at his job, so he just goes off to explore the world.
My favourite book series are the Harry Potter books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying in South America on my own. Doing parts of the Inca Trail. Hiking Machu Picchu mountain. Drinking at the worlds highest Irish Pub. Surfing in Montañita. Looking into the Masaya Volcano. Trying "Cuy" Colombia, etc....
