I have done 4 marathons, 2 half iron man and walked the height of Everest on stairs... I always have my gymanstics rings with me and love to teach people how to have fun and make the most of their bodies!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working in Greece with the refugees arriving from Syria! Crazy crazy crazy experience... eye opening to say the least, beautiful stories told from the heart.
