HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had really amazing experiences visiting different places and meeting up with people through Couchsurfing. I really couldn't imagine what my travels would look like at this point without visiting strangers and getting to hang out with locals. I'd like to start hosting people once I actually have a couch

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

After running out of money in San Francisco, I turned to CS for help. I was extremely surprised at the hospitality of my host, I stayed with him for one night and he was nothing but accommodating. While in the city, I was also contacted by someone who had seen my public request for a couch, and even though he didn't offer me a couch, he took me around the city and talked to me about architecture, and showed me awesome spots for photography. I've also been able to CouchSurf in Portland, Maine with a friend and have met a lot of people through it.

I also recently had an amazing Montreal CS experience of just roaming and hanging out with my host.
