Overview
About Me
BEFORE YOU SEND ME A RANDOM COUCH SURFING REQUEST, PLEASE READ MY FULL PROFILE (WHICH INCLUDES THE 'MY HOME' SECTION). AND YES, I CAN REALLY ONLY HOST 1 FEMALE AT A TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS.
On my 9th birthday I told my parents that I had another 9 years to go until I would travel the world. And so I did, and I am still.
I am lucky enough to call Amsterdam my home, and to have found a career that allowes me to take a few months off every year to do the things that truely make me happy.
Just finished a four month (teaching) trip to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and India.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people while traveling solo, and to see places through a local's eyes. You can only really get to know a country and its culture by getting to know the people. To me that's more valuable than seeing all the touristic attractions. After traveling and meeting so many great people through CS, it's now time to return the favor and host some interesting people myself.
Interests
Things I love: traveling the world, Argentine tango, sushi, curries, wine, cheese, yoga, hiking, architecture, music, concerts, meeting new people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've quit my job twice to travel the world, and I will probably do it again.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn how to cook a local (vegetarian) dish in every place I visit. And if you come to Amsterdam, I will show you some hidden gems or treat you on a home cooked meal.
