About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See what's like the other side of the world
ABOUT ME
I come from a town in the french alps known to have organized 1968 winter olympic game (Grenoble). I'm definitely someone from the mountain; I like the ski, snowboard, hike and camp there. Besides, I don't have wings for fly and I'm sick on a boat : you see, there is no doubt I'm better on earth and even better on a mountain!
I'm rather a calm person who appreciate good discussions between few people around a fire camp or a good bottle of wine (and both are not incompatible :-) ). I like to exchange with people from other countries and discover how different is their life.
When I'm not in the wild, I'm working as computer engineer.
PHILOSOPHY
Happiness is the only thing that doubles when you share it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hard to say for now since I'm new. All I can say is that I'd love to show my country to others. Share some moments, discussing around our way of life and our passions. I'd love to and so, it seems that's couch surfing is for.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like little production movies : I often find good surprise in those movies. Generally I like all type of film as long as there is an interesting scenario and without dubbing.
About music I like all kind of music with a preference for the rock, the techno and the latin music.
Usualy I don't read fiction I prefer real stories like Into thin air (Jon Krakauer), Crazy For The Storm (Norman Ollestad), Shantaram (Gregory David Roberts) and of course all the books of Mike Horn.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I walked 2 month in Spain to watch the sunset at the western point of Europe.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am always glad to see foreign people speaking french. I'd be happy to chat in french or other language (I like to improve my knowledge of other languages).
I'm computer scientist so I may help people in that fields (Linux or windows. Sorry Mac).
I like to take photos maybe we could share some tricks.
I'd be happy to share a visit to a museum or sleep in a mountain refuge with some travellers
