I'am a Food technologist with a PhD in animal breedings and statistics. Right now I work as Lab manager in a dairy lab located in Trento, a small city in the northeast Italian area. I very like travel and I prefer put my money on traveling than much materials stuffs. I like music, motorbikes (I'm owner of a pretty Ducati Monster 695), climb and walking on the Alpine peaks.
