Overview
About Me
I love travelling. I feel like we never stop learning and getting new experiences. I'm a curious person, I like to know all I can about something or about a place, mostly by randomly walking around and observing all that's around. I enjoy cooking and of course eating too, so part of the travel experience is obviously trying any local food without prejudices. I have a very good sense of direction, and I like to meet people from different countries.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm fairly new to the project and I love to travel around the world, and get to know local people. I'm always up for a coffee/tea meeting and tour-guiding strangers around the city.
I think that staying at a local's place is the best way to dive into the culture and have the richest travel experience ever.
Interests
Photography: I love to take pictures. I like being able to tell the story of an object, a moment or a place by a photo. I'm really demanding on myself: I can perhaps stay for hours in the same place and take tons of pictures before finally getting the shot I want.
The biggest love in my life are mountains: I really love everything that's connected to them, I actually do a lot of mountain sports (rock climbing, paragliding, mountain biking, hiking, ...)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I'm really open to any kind of music, that goes from classical music to the strongest hardcore dub step there is. But what I love the most is rock music.
Book: I love books that tell stories of experiences related to my interests (biographies, travel diaries, ...) or about science. I wouldn't define myself as a reader person though...
Movie: Ocean's, Forrest Gump, Little Miss Sunshine, Scoop, Truman Show, Yes Man.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing the Monte Rosa massive (4600 m s/m).
My first solo paragliding flight is an experience I'll never forget.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the basics of rock climbing and high mountain hiking techniques. I like board games and I like knowing new card games and stuff like that. I'm always up for cooking together and learning new tips or random discussions.
